Jessica Wallace is one of two co-founders of Different Dolly's Inc. Her educational background stems from majoring in Philosophy where she acquired a bachelors degree. One of the most important skills she has developed from studying Philosophy is her critical and innovative thinking. This paired naturally with her bubbly personality. As a YouTuber, Jessica has seen the success of her content go viral, especially within the beauty and self-care tutorials. Her entrepreneurial ambition has landed her both TV appearances and radio interviews through Breakfast Television and CBC Radio. Jessica continues to advocate for a more diverse reflection in our everyday products while growing as an entrpreneur. 

Maxine Thompson is one of two co-founders of Different Dolly's Inc. Her experience as a black mother and consumer has inspired her awareness of the lack of diversity reflected in the toy industry. With a medical background and over 10 years of effective customer service experience, her client sensitive skill set allows her to ensure customer satisfaction and results. Maxine is on a journey to bridge her partnership experiences with her entrepreneurial drive, as she not only empathizes with the consumers who share similar frustrations but looks to find and execute solutions.
